Traveling together on the longest pilgrimage route in the world and at the same time an international peace and culture route!

We are pilgrimaging towards Jerusalem through Austria and are thus also making a contribution to tourism and the hospitality industry. Pilgrimage is not just a trend but is also a sustainable balance! We are traveling on foot and by minibus in the area from Passau to Wilhering Abbey / Linz.
Stage 1: German border near Passau to Engelhartszell
Stage 2: Engelhartszell to Inzell (Schlögener Schlinge)
Stage 3: Inzell to Wilhering Abbey / Linz
Duration: 3 days
Overnight stays: Engelhartszell Romantikhaus Hufschmiede and Inzell Gasthof Reisinger
Start and end of journey: Linz
Note: Don’t forget to plan your personal arrival / return journey! A lift in our minibus to and from the starting point is possible upon request.
Meeting point: Linz main station at 7:50 AM (arrival by train is therefore possible from Vienna and Salzburg). At 8:00 AM, we depart together in our minibus towards Passau for the start of the pilgrimage
Some highlights are: Passau view at Cafe Blaas, Vichtenstein ruins, Engelszell Abbey, Haichenbach ruins (open 360-degree panoramic view), Schlögener Schlinge, Inzell, Haibach, Aschach an der Donau, Feldkirchen swimming lakes, Ottensheim, Wilhering Abbey. If time permits, we will finish on foot to the viewpoint at Linz Castle (also located directly on the Jerusalem Way, see route).
