Hans Graßer, a retired police commander and deacon from Bavaria, set off at Pentecost 2013 to go on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem! He is now the first to mark the path of peace with the JERUSALEM WAY sticker.
The three of us & the peace team founded by Johannes Aschauer in January 2013 will welcome Johann at the film presentation in the Göttweig Abbey church and subsequently accompany him to Vienna.
In Vienna, the Jerusalem Way pilgrim pass and pilgrim stamp will be issued for the first time, with plans for Cardinal Schönborn to personally perform this solemn act in St. Stephen’s Cathedral! A great, even epochal step and a further bridge between the church and the international JERUSALEM WAY peace project, which connects religions and peoples!
Finally, an appointment is planned at the UNO City, where hopefully every Jerusalem pilgrim will ring the peace bell there in the future and at the same time receive an official document underlining the peaceful character of the Jerusalem Way.
