Akşehir – Sufi Trail – Konya / Iconium – Sille

Between Akşehir and Konya, the Jerusalem Way partially follows the Sufi Trail. Wide steppe, small villages, and simple hospitality characterize this long corridor. Konya connects the ancient Iconium of Paul’s journeys with the legacy of the mystic Rumi and the Mevlevi tradition. In the Sille area, old churches, caves, and Greek-Christian traces recall the religious diversity of Central Anatolia.
