İzmir – Selçuk – Ephesus

From İzmir, the route leads to Selçuk and Ephesus. This UNESCO World Heritage site, featuring the Celsus Library, the Great Theater, the Church of Mary, and the Basilica of St. John, is one of the most significant ancient and early Christian locations on the Jerusalem Way. Ephesus was also one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. A dedicated local circular trail is available for visiting the House of the Virgin Mary and other sights.
