Budapest – Szigetszentmiklós

From the centre of Budapest, the Jerusalem Way heads south onto Csepel Island in the Danube. The big city gradually fades away; riverside paths, residential areas and open landscapes shape the transition. Szigetszentmiklós is the first important place for supplies and an overnight stay on the long Danube corridor to Mohács.
