Silifke – Kızkalesi – Mersin

From Silifke, the Jerusalem Way follows the Mediterranean coast to Mersin. Sea views, ancient sites, castles, and more densely populated coastal sections alternate with one another. At Kızkalesi, the widely visible Maiden’s Castle stands in the sea and marks one of the most impressive points along the Cilician coast. Afterward, the route reaches Mersin, an important modern supply and transport hub.
