Serbian Border – Leposavić – Banjska – Mitrovica

From the Serbian border area, the Jerusalem Way follows the Ibar through the politically sensitive north of Kosovo. Via Leposavić and the Banjska area, the route reaches Mitrovica. There it deliberately crosses the Peace Bridge over the Ibar—long a symbol of division, today an impressive place for dialogue and reconciliation. This section connects a peaceful river landscape with the special responsibility to encounter people and different memories with respect.
