Alexandroupoli – Feres – Kipoi / Turkish border

From Alexandroupoli, the final Greek section leads through the Evros region via Feres to Kipoi. The landscape becomes flat and wide; the great border river and the proximity to Thrace signal the transition from Europe to Asia Minor. Kipoi marks the end of the walkable Greek section of the route. Beyond the border, the Turkish part of the Jerusalem Way begins at Ipsala.
