Description

In Allaman we start in the middle of the vineyards, and in these we hike largely at the beginning of the stage. We come across places with well-known names for good Vaudois wines, and where there is no other way we hike along the railroad for a while - «hiking is the miller's delight». In the second part of the stage we enjoy the promenade along Lake Geneva, interrupted by villages, boat harbors, palaces and fortresses and enjoy the view of Lake Geneva with its swans and ships and, behind it, the Savoy Alps. However, when we get close to Lausanne, the relaxing hiking is over, because Lausanne is a lively university city, where you can meet a lot of young people and a lot of traffic. Our stage ends in the center of Lausanne at the Notre Dame cathedral.
