>>> Walking together – across borders, towards peace <<

Love is the strongest force in the universe – it permeates and connects everything and builds bridges between all people. Description

Shortly after the start, we will switch to the Rhône-Alpes region and really leave the Auvergne region. The valleys are now up to - Bourg-Argental mostly slightly falling, only towards the end of the stage do we have another smaller transition ahead of us. The waters along the way now flow towards the Rhone, and we leave the Central massif step by step. In the valley of «La Deume» we gradually come from the heights towards the bottom of the valley. This path towards Bourg-Argental runs partly on the route of a disused railway line. At the bottom of the valley we will not only come across a main road, but also the largest town on this stage - Bourg-Argental. There we will pay a visit to the Saint-André church with its interesting portal and tympanum, and a break for refreshments is also useful here. Finally, via the Col du Banchet, we come to the stage with the endlessly long name of Saint-Julien-Molin-Molette. In addition to the income from pilgrims, this place also lives from the handicrafts carried out there, e.g. silk fabrics. On a site tour, we will like the Place of the Six Fountains and the Church of St. Julien.
