Würmla – Purkersdorf
This stage leads to Purkersdorf, a western suburb of Austria’s capital – Vienna. Via Siegersdorf, you reach the edge of the Tullner Feld near Sieghartskirchen. Continuing through this popular hiking area, you enter a recreational zone for weary Vienna city dwellers, namely the hilly, deciduous forest-covered landscape of the Vienna Woods (Troppberg hiking region), through which you reach the stage destination of Purkersdorf.
Pilgrim Hostel: A special accommodation for pilgrims is located right on this route, namely the pilgrim hostel of Gabriele Wieser & Franz Enk at 3041 Siegersdorf, Hauptstraße 4.
