Today we will once again hike on both sides of the Inn, but will leave it towards the end of the stage. We start on the right side of the Inn, cross the Ziller Valley, and then also cross the Ziller River on its eastern edge. Along the foot of the “Reither Kogel,” we reach Brixlegg and Rattenberg, where we first cross the Inn, and then the Brandenberger Ache, coming from the north, which flows into the Inn shortly after. From there, we follow the Inn and pass over two hills, first over the Paisslberg and then down again to Breitenbach am Inn, followed by the second ascent to Berg and Glatzham. After descending back to the Inn, we cross it one last time, say goodbye, and reach the “Brixentaler Ache” via Wörgl, which we follow to the stage destination of Bruckhäusl. The Inn, for its part, then turns north and flows near Kufstein into Germany, where it reaches Passau via Rosenheim, Wasserburg, and Braunau, and there flows into the Danube, then turns south and thus reaches Austria again on both banks.   On the Jerusalem Way, we will only encounter this body of water again in a few days near Sankt Pantaleon, then the Danube.
