Saint-Génix – Jongieux

From Saint-Génix, the Jerusalem Way leads over ridges and rural paths toward the Rhône. Via Grésin and Yenne, the route reaches the wine landscapes near Jongieux. Along the way, wide views open up over the river, mountains, and lakes; at Saint-Romain, a church recalls the long history of settlement and pilgrimage. This long stage is scenically impressive but requires good fitness due to the elevation changes.
