Montcuq – Cahors

From Montcuq, the Jerusalem Way leads over the drier limestone plateaus of Quercy to Cahors. Oak forests, fields, small villages, and long, quiet stretches characterize the day. Cahors is located in a loop of the Lot River and, with its Saint-Étienne Cathedral and the fortified Pont Valentré bridge, is one of the major cultural sites along the route.
