Alexandre Lafon: I was born on January 21, 1992 and am from Lyon, France. Today, as a holistic therapist, I dedicate my life to understanding the world and people. Thanks to this path of introspection, meditation and spirituality, I have found a new way of life. Finally, I discovered the benefits of a pilgrimage along the Way to Compostela in 2020.
This inspired my process of inner search and discovery to go even further until I finally started 2021 on foot from Le-Puy-en-Velay to walk all the way to Jerusalem. This adventure marks the beginning of my inner transformation! I experienced the healing effects when I walked the Jerusalem Way alone through 14 countries for 10 months. “Walking is healing” is what I am convinced of today.
