On the Jerusalem Way in Syria: In December 2010 - a few months before the war began - we crossed the entire country on foot from north to south. VComing from Turkey, the route leads via Aleppo, Hama, Homs, Maaloula and Damascus to Jordan.

We consciously think of the great hospitality and willingness to help that the people in Syria showed us. And now on December 8, 2024, events have come to a head!We look forward to Syria and hope that this was a step towards democracy - that lasting peace can be achieved! Peace is the hope that lies in war.
